François launched Caravel Corporate Finance in 2014. Before creating Caravel CF, François was a founding partner of Galia Finance (2003 – 2013). François has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance in Portugal (Credit Franco-Portugais), in France (CCF Charterhouse) and in Brazil (HSBC, executive director) since 1999. François holds a Master in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Paris-Dauphine and a MBA from the City University of New York. François is fluentin French, English, Portuguese and German.
Ulrike Zilz Décamps
Managing Partner
Ulrike has more than 30 years of international experience in strategic and operational consulting, of which 21 in Brazil and LATAM. She was a Manager at DML & Associés/Oneida, a consulting company created by former McKinsey partners, specialized in sensitive restructuring projects and economic development in France and was Senior Change Management Director of Accenture in a European function. Since 1999, she has been an independent consultant in strategy and implementation projects for Brazilian and international clients, especially in the Health and Pharma sector, as partner of Muram Assessoria Empresarial. Ulrike has a degree in Economics from the University of Tübingen, Germany and a M.S. from SUNY Stony Brook, N.Y. She is fluent in German, French, English, Portuguese and has a good knowledge of Spanish. Member of the Brazilian Corporate Governance Institute (IBGC); Saint Paul Business School Post MBA, ABPW – Advanced Boardroom Program for Women (2021/22).
Wagner Cimino
Partner, IM&A Charterholder
Wagner has 15+ years of experience in Corporate Finance at investment banks (CCF, HSBC, and Banif), where he executed 20 transactions in several economic sectors totalling over R$ 5 billion in the 2007-2017 period. He also has 10 years of experience in the shopping center industry as head of Asset Management and M&A at Sonae Sierra Brasil in the 2007-2017 period. At Sonae Sierra Brasil he managed a team of 5 and executed 12 real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of R$ 1 billion. Wagner received a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP) and is fluent in Portuguese, French and English.
Jean Louis Gallego
Partner
A food engineer graduated from the Federal University of Viçosa, with an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, Jean Louis has 36 years of experience in the food sector, including industry, food service, ingredients and packaging. He has held leadership positions in companies such as Cryovac, Sealed Air, Fresh Start Bakeries, Aryzta, Sofruta, Bimbo Brasil and Bimbo QSR Global. He’s been a Board member of ABIA (Brazilian Food Industry Association) for 18 years, creator of the ABIA Food Service Congress, writer of Food Service News magazine and curator of the Rede Food Service.
JL is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Alexis Pariselle

Alexis is a recent graduate of Neoma Business School in France, with previous experiences in consulting for Wavestone and in Private Equity for PAI Partners. Alexis passed the CFA 2 level and is fluent in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
